Happiness is Key

I love being happy... I love seeing other people happy! 

I'm also human like everybody else and have days when I am down or when I a dragons heart that makes me want everything and the a million things in my shopping cart, but when I don't look or I put others first I see the real happiness that I love. President David O. Mckay said " True happiness comes only by making others happy." that is so true my friends.

Simple things usually are the best things that make us happy! 

I kinda have been down in the dumps lately which is weird its summer, no stress, but yet I still feel eh.  so really after reading that your probably thinking Hallie why are you talking about happiness when your down in the dumps well.... it gave me time to reflect on what truly makes me happy and what doesn't. My best advice would be make a list of what makes you happy and what doesn't make you happy or what puts you in a good mood or what puts you in a bad mood then stay away from the things that  make you mad or as my sister would say Mr. grumpy gills (name that movie haha) 

I know it might be weird to do this but it will be a game changer at least it was for me. so I hope this helps some one and you can see a different that it makes if you make happiness a priority.
