So today I had to go to the chiropractor. I hurt my knee at practice at my amazing dad took me to
Dr. Orchard . He took a look at me knee and and he got the pads and I had electric shock therapy done it didn't hurt it just felt like my knee and upper leg was asleep and numb! While they were doing that he ultra sounded it and that felt weird with the electric shock. When it was completely said and done he taped it. For only being 15 I cant walk normal still! :( But its better than it was right have to look on the positive.
