Second Nephi 2:25 says men are that they might have JOY.
Joy is sometimes hard but if we step back ad reflect on our day there was atleast one thing that brought us joy. Ig it was talking to your friends or making someone smile. Joy means a feeling of great pleasure and happiness.
So JOY can make us feel happy thats doesnt matter so joy can be big or small I hope we can all take a step back and see the JOY in our lives.
